The Claw Machine was a huge success yesterday. George and his friends had so much fun and the line to play was constant throughout the day. George pulled a prize out on his very first turn so there was huge excitement!

30/06/16: I just wanted to drop a line to say how happy we were with the bungee in Dubbo – it was a great success and the kids just loved it.
Jeff was amazing – he couldn’t have been more accommodating and went above and beyond to help out with branding the bungee (and he didn’t complain about the cold once – unlike me!).
We will be in Redfern next week (Tuesday 5th) to record the show. I’m in the airport on my way to Canberra at the moment but will hop onto email and try to finalise the activity for next week. We’d love to use your services again given how happy we were with everything.

31/10/17: I’d just like to touch base and formally pass on my thanks for all the work Planet Entertainment did at my event on Monday. From the get go, dealing with Luke made the process easy. His enthusiasm, A+ customer service and prompt responses to emails knew that I was dealing with the best company.
Moving on to the day of the event, I couldn’t have been more impressed. The two gentleman (whom I didn’t catch their names) were super friendly, professional and knew exactly what they were doing.
Their work on the night couldn’t have been more appreciated. They made a significant difference to our fundraising event. Thanks to them encouraging people to donate prior to playing, we saw a 76% increase in donations in comparison to previous years. That was a great initiative on their part and I couldn’t be more grateful for them and Planet Entertainment for getting so involved.
I truly cannot wait to refer and use Planet Entertainment in the future. I can’t speak more highly of everyone’s effort and customer service.

21/08/16: I wish to congratulate your staff for conducting themselves in the highest manner at our local fair yesterday. So many people were taken back by their calmness with the 100’s of children at the event.
My son who can be shy at these events was given extra time to overcome his fear with the rock climb wall. The planet Ent staff member recognised this and approached the matter carefully and showed great patience. My son reached the top to hit the buzzer and on the return received a great smile and high five from the staff member which sealed his achievement.

20/06/16: Your staff were all fantastic – they kept the rides open as long as possible and reopened as soon as they could. The kids loved it – Wet ‘n’ Wild right here in the heart of Mosman 🙂 We started packing up the Fair around 1pm and I know they stayed on til at least 3:30/4 before they were done. I’m so impressed with their professionalism and especially Luca who took time out to help with the candy floss and still had a smile on his face at the end.

20/03/16: Rob was great with communicating that hot dog cart had a issue before hand and suggested alternative which actually suited our event and time slot better. The guys on the day were great, they helped with suggestions of where to put the castle due to the rain and constantly kept us informed re the rain as the weather was mostly raining throughout but were happy to still put up the castle only 45 minutes before the end of the event when finally there was a break in the weather. We will certainly recommend and re-use again next year.

We found Planet Entertainment a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. The booking process via email was a breeze and the set up and operation of the equipment on the night of the party went without a hitch. Josh was our operator for the night and he was very professional, punctual, polite, friendly and good fun too!! He set up quickly and quietly and was a good sport to all our guests, large and small 🙂 At the end of the night he packed up and left without most of our guests even knowing.
