Tony Gibson began the company back in 1988 with little more than a big vision and the will to make it happen. Back then it was all Karaoke for the new born Planet Entertainment and Tony was the head compere running Karaoke nights from Sydney to Thredbo 7 nights a week. After a rep suggested he look into the sumo suits as a great way to build on the karaoke success he was having in the bar scene, the business began to take shape.
